Sharon C. Pett is the founder of Pett & Associates professional Interior Designers and Home Stagers.
Originally from England, Sharon has been a Manhattan resident for over twenty years. She holds a 4-year BA (Honors) degree in Interior Design from Middlesex University, London, England and an MFA in Design and Technology from Parsons School of Design in New York. Sharon developed her Interior design skills while working for Robert A. M. Stern Architects. While there, she planned and designed many private residences and commercial properties both domestically and internationally. As a result, Sharon has a thorough working knowledge of the local and global decorating market, and in developing her firm Pett & Associates has developed tremendous resources to identify a wide array of furniture and decoration. This broad knowledge and understanding makes the Pett & Associates design team unique in the Manhattan and Tri-State Real Estate Staging and Interior Design markets.
Sharon and her expert team recognize that positive visual impact of interior space is key when buying and selling property, and that interior design and staging skills have always increased the value of her personal and professional real estate transactions.
In addition, Sharon holds a New York Real Estate sales license furthering her knowledge of the marketplace, the process of buying and selling and the importance of maintaining loyal relationships between agent, buyer and seller.
